Kathmandu,5 December :The ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) has directed to reduce tax rate in Dharan Sub-metropolitan City after losing the mayor seat in the by- election. A meeting of the CPN election mobilization committee for Dharan convened to review the election has instructed the party’s Dharan parliamentary committee to review the tax rate.
